We take the health and safety of our patients and staff members seriously. To ensure a safe and comfortable visit during these critical times, we have a number of rules in place. Here are the precautions we have set in place:

• Pre-Screening: We will pre-screen patients using the latest guidance from the Government of Ontario and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. When you arrive at the office, you will be assessed with a Covid-19 patient questionnaire and your temperature will be taken. We ask that all patients who are feeling sick to please let the office know prior to your appointment and reschedule at a future date.
• Social Distancing: We have arranged the schedule to reduce wait times for patients. Please arrive on time for your appointment and maintain a 2-metre distance if you happen to encounter another patient or staff member in the waiting room.
• Office Disinfection: We regularly wipe down high touch surfaces throughout the office. In between patients, the treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected, and surface barriers are replaced.
• Sterilization: All tools are either disposable or thoroughly sterilized between patients.
• Air Purification: We have medical-grade air purification systems to clean the air in the office to reduce airborne viruses and bacteria.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All our dentists, dental assistants and hygienists wear personal protective equipment to protect themselves and the patients.
